The date for the next AGM of Brook and Hinxhill Village Hall Trust has been set for Tuesday 18th  November 2025 at 7:00pm – Please come along, all of you are welcome.

The Trust was set up to manage our community hall and has a wide and varied role to play… from the co-ordination of hall-hire, licences, services, insurance and grant applications, to maintenance and upgrades and also, the all-important fundraising activities.  With only income from hiring (which only goes a small way to meeting expenses), the hall relies on the support of the community to assist in fundraising and organising events.

We welcome new members to our committee, so if you would like to get involved please do come along to the AGM.
