Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a fun filled success. We raised just over £2000 which goes toward Village Hall maintenance. 

This event wouldn’t happen without all the help from the volunteers to set the village green up and returned the following day to take it all down. Plus all the amazing Brook residents who manned the gate, sold raffle tickets, baked delicious goods, cooked on the BBQ and staffed the bar. 

We are looking for feedback on how to improve the event for you all, as it is a great way to meet local people and it raises money for the maintenance of the village hall.

We are aware it can only be successful with your help as it needs many volunteers, particularly with setting up and taking down the marquees.

This annual event has always been scheduled for the second Saturday in July and wanted to hear if residents had preferences for an alternative date. Please share your feedback to members of the village hall committee.
